We are seeking a high-performing F&I Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will oversee all aspects of finance and insurance operations, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive F&I, finance, or dealership management

Strong knowledge of credit, lending, and compliance requirements

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

High integrity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
