Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Compensation: $29.15$33.15/hr starting (based on experience) + benefits & K with match.
Includes $2.00/hr night shift premium
Shift: 5:45 PM 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (after training period)
About the Role
A leading manufacturing facility in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians with strong troubleshooting ability. This role supports preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance across a high-volume production environment with advanced automation, Siemens PLCs, AGVs, and VFD-driven equipment.
We are looking for technicians who excel at diagnosing issues, solving complex mechanical/electrical problems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
