A company is looking for a Post-Issue Operations Specialist to support life insurance policy processing.
Key Responsibilities
Process post-issue policy activities including 1035 exchanges, replacements, surrenders, rescinds, claims, and check processing
Provide backup call center support during peak times
Update and maintain information within the administrative portal
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in life insurance post-processing
Experience in payment processing within an insurance environment
Technical skills, preferably with JIRA
Ability to actively participate via video in team meetings and trainings
