Payroll Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate Payroll Analyst responsible for payroll processing and ensuring accurate employee wage payments.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and verify employee and timekeeping data

Compute wages, deductions, and process payrolls

Maintain confidentiality and record payroll-related accounting transactions

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree with 2-3 years of payroll experience

Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of accounting / payroll principles

Preferred experience with journal entries and NetSuite

Familiarity with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
