We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various clinical settings. The LPN will assist with assessments, administer medications, perform treatments, and support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician instructions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions to supervising healthcare providers.
• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications :

Important Note by facility : This position is inside a Prison. Smart watches are not allowed. Cell phones are not allowed inside the secure perimeter of the Prison. Loved ones can reach you via phone at your work station. This role requires you to work every other weekend.
