UKG Time and Attendance

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Time & Attendance processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Manage integration processes and application configurations within UKG Pro WFM T&A.
  • Handle file transfers and maintain data integrity throughout T&A operations.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate and optimize T&A tasks.
  • Provide troubleshooting and reporting support as needed.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical expertise in UKG Pro WFM T&A including :
  • Integration experience
  • Application configuration expertise
  • General troubleshooting skills
  • Reporting experience
  • Experience with file transfers and troubleshooting related issues.
  • Scripting skills for automation and process improvement.
