[job_card.job_description]Education : Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited NP program Licensure : Active New York State NP License Certification : Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Experience : 3-5 years of cardiology experience required Technical Skills : Proficiency in cardiac assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Soft Skills : Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative approach Provide comprehensive cardiology care and patient management Conduct cardiac assessments and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures Manage chronic cardiovascular conditions Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Provide patient education on cardiac health and disease prevention
