Position Overview :
Redeemer Health Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide safe, compassionate, and holistic care to patients in their homes throughout Philadelphia County. The RN will perform skilled nursing visits, support chronic disease management, and educate patients and families to promote independence and positive outcomes.

- Shift : Days, 8-hour shifts
- Weekend Requirement : Possible weekends
- On-Call : None
- Productivity : Approximately 6 visits per day (30 per week)
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.62 per mile
