Part-Time Radiology Services Assistant II - Main Campus

Excellent opportunity at MSK! We are seeking a Part Time Radiology Services Assistant II for our MRI Team at our main hospital in Manhattan. Are you ready to join a best-in-class Radiology Department? Are you passionate about our mission and supporting our patients? We want you to join us!

Role Overview :

Work onsite and welcome and check in all incoming visitors\patients with excellent customer service.

Answer assigned phone lines and direct calls appropriately taking and distributing accurate, complete, and legible messages.

Perform administrative tasks to assist in the preparation of patient paperwork prior to the procedure.

Assist in scheduling Radiology appointments and coordinating visits.

Input and update data into databases as required.

Maintain a clean, operational, and safe environment.

Key Qualifications :

• Experience in Radiology Scheduling and with Radiology clinical application systems.

Core Skills :

The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Effective communication skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Strong attention to detail.

Team-oriented.

Additional Information :

Location : Main Hospital Campus, 1275 York Avenue, in Manhattan.

Schedule : Overnights Fridays and Saturdays 10pm-8am

Reporting to the Supervisor, Diagnostic Radiology

Pay Range : $23.03-$34.67 / hour
