Technological changes and globalization of business activities have created tremendous demand for business graduates. Our courses and degree programs are carefully developed to prepare students for successful business careers.

Job Summary

Middle Georgia State University (MGA) invites applications for a part-time instructor of management to join our growing and student-centered business program. The successful candidate will teach classes in management such as Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, and International Business.

Responsibilities

• Teaching courses as needed to support the management bachelor¿s degree
• Providing quality instruction in each course
• Recruiting undecided majors through Core IMPACTS courses
• Presenting Business programs as attractive disciplines to dual-enrolled students
• Attending occasional departmental events

Required Qualifications

Required Educational Qualifications

Master¿s degree in a business field

Required Experience

Experience in teaching online and in-person courses

Other Required Qualifications

Demonstrated success in teaching college courses Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications

Master¿s degree in the business management field

Preferred Experience

Experience teaching business management courses Experience in the field of business management public speaking experience
