Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit billing and invoicing
Input accounting data into the accounting system and maintain records of incoming payments
Manage day-to-day transactions and liaise with customers and vendors as needed
Required Qualifications
No prior work experience required
Proficient in English (B2, C1, C2 level)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to work US working hours (local evening hours)
Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
