A company is looking for a Data Protection Engineer responsible for managing backup, disaster recovery, and data retention environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee provisioning and management of over 40 PBs of data storage across multiple sites
Lead engineering phases of storage solution delivery including planning, design, and operational support
Administer storage and backup solutions to meet organizational SLAs and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in enterprise backup and storage solutions
Expertise in Azure Site Recovery, object storage, and file storage
Experience with managed service providers and storage technology integration
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and Ansible
Strong understanding of storage technologies including CIFS, NFS, and SSD Storage
