A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead its development team and enhance engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team across all functions

Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables

Establish and enforce code quality standards and implement CI / CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in engineering leadership roles

Proven experience scaling engineering teams from 5-10 to 20-50+ engineers

Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure

Demonstrated success delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments

Experience implementing engineering processes and standards from the ground up
