Job Title : Paralegal – Intellectual Property (Patent)

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (onsite)

Type of Employment : Direct Hire

Compensation : $85,000 – $95,000 / annually

Industry : Legal Services

Key Responsibilities

• Patent Application Assistance : Support attorneys in preparing, filing, and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications.
• Docket Oversight : Maintain and track deadlines for patent filings and responses to ensure compliance.
• File & Documentation Management : Organize and maintain accurate records, correspondence, and case files throughout the patent lifecycle.
• Time Tracking : Record billable and non-billable hours related to patent activities with precision.
