Entry-Level CNC  Machine Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Entry-Level  CNC  Machine Operators for a company based in Clearwater, FL. In this role,  you will have the opportunity to advance your career while contributing  to  a leading manufacturer of precision machine components.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined and  passionate about  precision machining .

Pay Rate :

$1 8 . 5 0  per  hour  or more, depending  on experience

Schedule and Hours :

Monday to Friday - overtime is mandatory.

  • 1st shift : 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm
  • 2nd shift : 3 : 15 pm – 11 : 45 pm

CNC  Machine Operator   Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Operate CNC machining equipment while producing quality parts .
  • Learn and run 3-axis CNC machines and advance into  Takamaz  equipment .
  • Perform tool changes, adjustments, and minor repairs / maintenance to equipment.
  • Follow established processes, work instructions, and safety standards .
  • Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure quality and accuracy .
  • Read and apply blueprint specifications as training progresses .

    • CNC  Machine Operator  Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery (lathes preferred) .
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn .
  • U nderstanding of calipers ,  micrometers ,  and  blueprint reading .
  • Ability to consistently run quality parts and follow documented processes
  • Interest in growing into a setup machinist role
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work .
