Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partner-built solutions that complement automation offerings

Develop go-to-market strategies with partners to enhance market penetration

Conduct market research and design targeted solutions leveraging partner expertise

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

10+ years of experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development

Proven track record in building successful go-to-market partnerships in the enterprise automation market

Strong understanding of solution selling and complex B2B sales processes

Experience in financial services and healthcare industry preferred
