Software Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture

Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions while ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align on technical direction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python

Experience designing and building APIs and RESTful services, with knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP

Familiarity with enterprise systems and experience supporting large-scale data sets and high-transaction systems
