The Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Internship Program 2026 is now accepting applicants in their junior and senior year. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as summer interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Marketing and develop valuable skills and contribute to Life Fitness' mission and goals.

Successful applicants will be assigned meaningful and challenging work suitable for their background. The program advisor(s) and mentors will meet with you regularly to identify and develop your summer objectives. This position is paid, based in the Chicagoland area and will run for approximately 13 weeks. Not available as a fully remote opportunity.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL. M / F are remote days and T / Th are in-office collaboration days. #LI-Hybrid

As a Marketing Intern, you'll play an active role in supporting the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. You'll collaborate with creative, digital, and product teams to help bring ideas to life and evaluate their impact.

Key responsibilities include :

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from creative planning to post-campaign analysis.
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets.
• Help gather and organize data and insights to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and messaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels.
• Participate in team projects and meetings, contributing ideas and perspectives to ongoing initiatives.
• Engage in a 13-week group case study project, presenting recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for :

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The base wage range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual base pay will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength provides a valuable and enriching experience for interns. Depending on the length and timing of their internship, interns may qualify for paid holidays during their assignment. They are also eligible for paid sick leave as outlined by state and local laws. Eligibility for all benefits is determined by the applicable plan documents and company policies.
