Job Description

Job Title : Data Engineer II (Hybrid)

Schedule : Hybrid — minimum 3 days onsite (typically Tue–Thu)

Hours : 9 AM – 5 PM

Overview :

We’re seeking a Data Engineer II to support analytics and data initiatives for research and care programs. You’ll work across the data stack—designing, building, and maintaining data models and pipelines that power product and analytics teams.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and maintain analytical data models and pipelines.
Collaborate across engineering and analytics teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Manage project priorities and deliverables using agile principles.
Contribute to technical design and ensure performant, reliable data models.

Minimum Qualifications :

BS degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years in data or analytics engineering (SQL, ETL).

1+ year experience with dbt (data build tool) .

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in healthcare data environments.

Familiarity with Python or Go.

Strong SQL optimization and data best practices.
