A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Microgrid Controls Validation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop software validation tools and simulation frameworks for control algorithms under various operating conditions
Automate test execution and design verification metrics for control performance and safety
Collaborate with engineering teams to define test cases and integrate field learnings into validation processes
Required Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
3-7+ years of experience in real-time system validation or embedded software testing
Experience with simulation tools and real-time simulators for SIL / HIL testing
Proficiency in industrial control and embedded programming languages
Familiarity with utility grid interconnection and market requirements
