A company is looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the enterprise sales function, including process, playbooks, and pipeline design
Own full-funnel revenue generation, from outbound to closing deals
Develop repeatable go-to-market motions for selling compute and RL post-training services
Required Qualifications
7+ years in enterprise sales with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of closing infrastructure or platform deals ranging from $250k to $2M+
Experience in building sales processes and forecasting systems from scratch
Deep familiarity with selling to technical buyers in ML and AI sectors
Comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
