Job Responsibilities :

Lead and build DevOps capability for Azure services.

Planning, design and development of Azure Infra based architecture and solutions.

Working closely with client and delivering outcomes per the SoW and SLA

Architect, design, develop, deploy and document new systems or maintain existing systems on Cloud Platforms based on specifications.

Collaborate with, provide continuous guidance to, and influence design decisions of various Agile development teams for various existing and new products and solutions w.r.t. Cloud enablement, migration and infrastructure needs, to adopt and promote Cloud best practices, and economies of scale.

Engage customers understand their use cases and operational needs, as well as engage with Cloud Platform vendors to understand their technology roadmaps and evolution and translate to comprehensive technology guidance for various product teams.

Design for Cloud security and compliance ensure solutions and operations reliability.

Drive and conduct audits on current cloud utilization and recommend cloud optimization and security changes.

Act as a mentor and technical consultant for the various teams.

Desired / Preferred Skills :

Well versed with IaaS and PaaS services of Azure

Strong understanding and implementation of DevSecOps Framework.

Understand the technical, financial and organizational requirements and constraints of enterprise customers and work closely with multiple teams to lead cloud enabled solutions

Demonstrate ability to architect enterprise ready secure and scalable solution in cloud optimized for cost.

Hands on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OCI, etc.) and microservices architecture.

Hands on experience with Unix and Linux based systems, shell scripting

Effectively communicate the target state architecture topology on cloud to clients

Solid understanding of design principles for resilient, scalable, high-performing distributed applications

Experience with automation, orchestration, CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and other tools.

Have integrated code quality and security tools in CICD.

Worked with build and release to Azure services like Azure WebApp, Logic App, Data Factory, Databricks and other services.

Ability to work on multiple projects, collaborate effectively with multiple teams and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements.

Have worked with external client, managed client expectation and delivery

Good understanding of Infrastructure as a Code script like Terraform, ARM, Pulumi or others

Experience in programming languages like Python, Bash, Perl, VBScript, GoLang, will be an added advantage.

Monitoring and Logging tools knowledge / experience like Azure Monitor, App Insight and Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana and Fluentbit will be added advantage.

Years of Experience :

6 to 7 years experience

5+ years of experience in DevOps

Education Qualification :

B.E / B.Tech, BCA, MCA equivalent

Cloud DevOps certification Azure DevOps, Azure Architect

Pay :

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $131,000 - $159,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
