About Us: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. Our company operates with a fleet of CAT machines and specializes in a variety of snow removal projects. We are looking for someone who is experienced, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with smartphones for job communication and time keeping. Applicant will be responsible for one job location and will have to log services with photos.

Responsibilities:


  • Operate heavy equipment (CAT machinery) including loaders, skids, and other specialized equipment.
  • Utilize smartphones or mobile devices for work orders, time tracking, and project communication.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures, adhering to OSHA regulations.
  • Be available for long hours, including snowstorms and emergency shifts.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in various weather conditions.
