One position is 6-8+ month contract - could be extended

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LabVIEW Developer with over five years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telecom, specifically with Laser and Photodiodes, and experience in production test software for Transceivers. This role involves working with legacy code, rewriting it under best practices, and supporting two products and up to four different pieces of software using LabVIEW 2023.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LabVIEW software solutions, ensuring best practices and thorough documentation.
• Rewrite legacy code to improve functionality and reduce system crashes.
• Support two products and manage up to four different pieces of software.
• Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing tasks and backlog items.
• Perform source code control and implement software development lifecycle processes.
• Create and maintain documentation in source code and code comments.
• Put together test stations and verify the code on machines.

The position is based onsite, with opportunities to interact with teams at other locations. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Allen, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00 / hr.
