About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy for project financing, market evaluation, and financial optimization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, providing strategic financial advice, and will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including financial forecasting, performance tracking, and the development of detailed financial models for projects. This role demands a deep understanding of project finance, PPAs, tax equity structures, and solar incentive programs, as well as strong expertise in Excel-based financial modeling, capital structuring, and valuation.

Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CFA strongly preferred, and at least 4 years' experience in renewable energy finance, infrastructure finance, or a related field. The role requires a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, particularly in a growth-stage or project-based environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate across various teams, excellent communication skills, and experience in investor engagement and capital raising. Responsibilities also include leading financial analyses to support decision-making, maintaining a strong understanding of solar tax incentives, and overseeing both internal and external financial reporting.
