[job_card.job_description]Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, from offer acceptance through the completion of the first 90 days. Prepare and issue offer letters in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all compensation, start date, and position details align with company standards. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to verify pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 documentation. Monitor the status of background checks and proactively follow up with candidates or vendors to prevent onboarding delays. Reach out to all new hires 1–2 days prior to their start date to welcome them, answer questions, and build excitement. Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, providing consistent communication and support throughout their onboarding experience. Personally check in with each new hire at key milestones (e.g., day 1, week 1, 30 / 60 / 90 days) to ensure a positive transition. Create and manage onboarding schedules, welcome materials, and ensure completion of all pre-employment and orientation tasks. Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure all tools, systems, and workspaces are prepared for day one. Track onboarding progress and provide leadership with regular updates and reports on new hire status, offer letter completion, and background check outcomes. Proactively identify at-risk new hires and collaborate with managers to boost engagement and retention. Coordinate and host virtual and in-person onboarding events and orientations. Maintain accurate and organized records in HR systems and onboarding platforms (e.g., UKG, Paradox). Analyze early attrition trends and recommend process improvements to elevate the new hire experience. 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or administrative support required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS / onboarding systems (UKG, Paradox, Workday).
