Account Manager

This is a remote position. As an Account Manager, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive upsell opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet their business objectives.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in account management or sales
  • Strong understanding of CRM and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
