Job Summary / Description :

The Digital Performance Analyst is a critical member of our Sales team responsible for this front-line role is for a strategic digital thinker who makes what we have to offer at KLTV simple clear and actionable from digital products and platforms (Google Ads Meta GA4 Wide Orbit OMS) to attribution and ROI reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex digital concepts into business-ready value that empowers teams and supports client success.

An ideal candidate must be detail-oriented creative and able to learn new concepts quickly. The ideal candidate should be organized possess superior communication skills and have excellent time management abilities.

Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Act as a subject matter expert on KLTVs digital suite of products platforms and attribution tools.
• Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance talking points and best practices to address evolving client needs.
• Translate technical product features and performance data into clear business-focused value propositions.
• Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results.
• Stay current on digital trends and tools to provide client-facing teams with the latest industry information.
• Support platform access campaign tracking and implementation where technical expertise is required.
