Description :

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients.

Nursing care is provided in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.

The role is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction.

Specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills are necessary to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care.

Care is tailored to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
