As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver high-quality healthcare services and promote the well-being of our patients.

Duties :

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed
• Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive healthcare measures and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Athenahealth)
• Adhere to medical office standards and protocols to ensure quality care delivery
• Provide behavioral health support and counseling to patients as needed
• Participate in utilization management activities to optimize healthcare resources
• Provide occupational health services, including pre-employment physicals and screenings
