The Opportunity :

The Manager, Technical Operations will lead the technology transfer from pilot, small-scale manufacturing to successful full-scale manufacturing. Working closely with manufacturing and product development to determine critical processing to produce safe, high-quality products. The successful candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset to proactivity solve processing complexity. This role must comply with all FDA requirements, including good manufacturing process. Leveraging and collaborating with external partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new technologies to improve processes and efficiency.

The Perks :

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $115,000. - $145,000. The compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and / or education.
