Position Description :

CGI has an immediate need for a Performance Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.

We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA or Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• ?We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to drive performance testing efforts for complex, enterprise-scale applications developed as part of strategic initiatives. In this role, you will take ownership of performance test planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution while ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define performance requirements, identify risks, and provide actionable insights through monitoring, analysis, and tuning. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in performance engineering, sound technical judgment, and the ability to lead performance testing strategy across programs using both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.?

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $94,200.00 - $136,400.00.
