Hours and Pay
- Pay Rate : per hour, depending on experience
- 1st Shift : 6 : 30 – 2 : 30 style="margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt; list-style-type : disc;">
2nd Shift : 2 : 30 – 12 : 30 style="margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt; list-style-type : disc;">
Schedule Requirements : Must be willing to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts

Operate high-speed production equipment to meet quality and productivity standardsSet up machines accurately using proper setup techniques and secure cutting diesContinuously monitor product quality, including dimensions, caliper, warp, and defectsReduce waste by adhering to quality and production standardsMaintain efficiency and record production output throughout the shiftComplete production, safety, quality, and machine status reports accurately and on timeClean equipment and work areas at the end of production runsSubmit maintenance and equipment work orders proactively when repairs are neededAssist with training team members and support line progression as neededWork collaboratively with the production team to meet schedules and operational goalsRecommend process and schedule improvements to support cost, quality, and service targetsFollow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standardsWhat You Bring
High school diploma, GED, or equivalentAt least 2 years of demonstrated experience operating high-speed manufacturing equipment in corrugated, printing, or related industriesProven expert-level experience operating one or more of the following machines :
