A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Agent to assist with technical support and software delivery for the Air Force Civil Engineering community.
Key Responsibilities
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
Responds to requests for technical support via phone and email
Documents and tracks problems to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Help Desk Operations, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience
At least 1 year of experience with JIRA software
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with concepts and practices related to Help Desk Operations
