Part Time Cleaner

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Part time cleaner position available at 7701 Metropolis Dr Unit 15, Austin, TX 78744. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 5 : 30pm to 11 : 30pm. Pay is $17.00 hourly with weekly pay. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Basic qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no experience required, and no high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings / facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems, establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors, complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures, cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment, moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow or performing other incidental seasonal tasks, wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, and servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
