Nelson Law Firm, LLC is adding another trial lawyer to our civil litigation team. Our firm focuses primarily on construction defect and personal injury cases for plaintiffs. We are looking for an outstanding self-starter to handle civil litigation matters from initial intake to verdict.

We offer a competitive salary and a full benefits package including 100% firm paid medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, annual profit sharing, and unlimited PTO with a billable hour expectation of 150 hours per month. Salary range is $110K to $185K per year depending upon experience and expertise with additional bonus compensation for case origination.
This position requires a self-motivated, proactive attorney with top-notch writing skills. Construction defect and/or personal injury experience is preferred, but Public Defenders and District Attorneys and other attorneys with trial experience are encouraged to apply. If you can jump right into independently handling cases, taking/defending depositions, drafting and responding to substantive motions and discovery, attending hearings, and meeting with clients, then this position is for you.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of trial experience.
