About the Opportunity

Five Rings OKC is seeking motivated Life Insurance Producers who want to build a long-term career in protection planning and financial services. This role combines client acquisition, education, and relationship-building with the ability to grow your own book of business using a proven system and full team support.

You may start part-time and transition to full-time as your client base expands. Multiple income tracks are available, including options that allow you to own your book of business from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and acquire new life insurance clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
• Provide clear explanations of coverage options and long-term benefits
• Build trust-based, ongoing client relationships
• Stay current on life insurance products and industry best practices
• Promote Five Rings OKC through local networking and community presence

Qualifications

• Strong drive to build a long-term insurance and financial services business
• Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior insurance or sales experience helpful but not required
• Life Insurance License preferred (can be obtained after hire)
• Professional demeanor and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation

$40,000 – $250,000+ annually
Compensation is performance-based with multiple tracks to support both part-time and full-time growth.

Requirements

• Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to periodically commute to Oklahoma City
• Life Insurance License preferred (may be obtained after hire)
