Material Handler - Shift 2
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team in Frederick, MD. This role involves providing shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards are met so customers receive the correct products on time.
Responsibilities
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in logistics with a life science company. Ability to consistently and independently follow policies, procedures, and instructions to meet schedules. Competency in operating powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights. Basic computer skills for navigating ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in logistics with a life science company is preferred. Proven ability to meet schedules and follow instructions.

Work Environment
The role is based in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including room temperature (59-86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and freezer-room (minus 4 - 23 degrees F). The work is highly repetitive, involving continuous walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. The noise level is moderate to high, and flexibility to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime is required. Occasional local travel may be necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
