Practice Details :

19 PC Physicians, 6 APPs, Behavioral Health, Social Workers, Care Navigators and more

  • Chooseoutpatient-onlywithoption to round if desired
  • Focus on patients aged 18+ - we have a strong pediatric team in place
  • Achieve a healthy work-life balance with control over your practice, schedule, staff and more
  • Opportunity toincorporate special interestsandengage with students and residents
  • Light phone call, minimal and triaged, 1 : 4 or better
  • Monday - Friday clinic hours
  • EpicEMR

What We Offer

Unlimited earning potential physicians are earning up to $700K annually

  • 1-year shareholder trackwithASC ownership(no buy-in or risk)
  • Sign-on, relocation, NHSC loan forgiveness and repayment eligibility, residency stipend and more
  • 401(k) with immediate vesting + profit sharing
  • Up to6 weeks off : even more flexibility as a shareholder
  • CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals
  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $300,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.
