Job Summary
We are seeking a Brand Merchandise Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the creation, storage, and distribution of our company merchandise, while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency. Responsibilities will include managing our in-house print shop to produce custom apparel, organizing and fulfilling orders, maintaining inventory, coordinating with vendors, and preparing merchandise for events and sponsorships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in apparel production, merchandising, and logistics. A strong understanding of branding and design is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end merchandise process : production, inventory, and fulfillmentOperate and oversee custom apparel machines for merchandise creationPrepare and ship Shopify orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryMaintain organized storage systems for merchandise and suppliesCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality and availabilityPrepare and distribute merchandise for events, sponsorships, and promotionsCollaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure merchandise aligns with company visionTrack inventory levels and anticipate restock needsSupport project management tasks, including scheduling and workflow organizationQualifications
Strong organizational and time management skillsExperience with apparel production, merchandise management, or fulfillmentFamiliarity with Shopify, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)Excellent communication and vendor management skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to shifting prioritiesKnowledge of design and branding is preferred
