Supply Coordinator

The Supply Coordinator supports summer program preparation in spring, provides on-going support during the summer session, and assists with wrap-up responsibilities on the Evanston Northwestern campus and Chicago area sites through mid-August. In addition to on-campus support pre- and post-sessions, this position will also work onsite at the CTD program locations while the Summer Day Camps are in session. They also help with both the set up and move out of the three sites. This is an active role requiring high energy and flexibility.

Pay : $19 per hour; between 37.5 and 40 hours per week. A typical day looks like 8.5 hours on site = 7.5 work hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch break. However, Fridays and occasionally on other days, this role may need to work an extra half hour to finish a supply run.

Position Duration : Preferred start date : 11 May, 2026. Duration : Early-mid May August 15, 2026.
