Client Care Coordinator

At Swift Collision, our Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in every guest experience. You will be the first person customers speak with, guiding them through their visit, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident about the process. You will also help coordinate rental cars, keep communication flowing between the team and our customers, and make sure referrals are managed accurately.
What you will do :
Greet new customers in person and online, and help them get started
Collect the information needed to begin their repair
Stay in touch with our advisors so customers receive timely updates
Help organize rental cars, pickups, and returns
Track rental statuses and resolve issues with care and professionalism
Support our team in staying consistent with communication and follow-ups
Manage referrals and ensure they are recorded and paid correctly
