Zurich's Strategy Team works on a variety of high-impact projects directly for the Executive Committee (ExCo). The topics covered by Zurich's Strategy Team range from building business cases, conducting portfolio analyses, and developing strategic plans for different Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The Strategy Team supports the highest priority topics across the organization and consistently engages with senior leadership, offering you a unique learning experience and exposure to multiple business units and functions.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The proposed hourly rate for this position is $60.00 - $65.00.
