Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II responsible for establishing and documenting functional requirements from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain knowledge of systems and procedures for improvement and solution implementation

Create detailed technical requirements for system enhancements and new modules

Facilitate the change request process and assist with training and documentation efforts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field

Knowledge of project management and software development life cycle

Familiarity with SaaS operational environment

Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Health insurance / Billing / Agent commissions experience is preferred
