Compensation : $25–$35 / hr DOE + Benefits

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC installations, maintenance, and service calls independently

Lead by example and provide high-quality workmanship on every job

Troubleshoot HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area

Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC install and service experience

Ability to run a truck and work independently as a lead technician

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA certification (required)
