Pay : $2,112 / Week (plus $2,400 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,200 after three contracts)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at a healthcare facility  in Thornton, Colorado. This role involves circulating for a variety of orthopedic, spine, ENT, and cosmetic procedures in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing orthopedic, spine, ENT, podiatric, hand, and cosmetic procedures.

Circulate in the OR for a variety of cases including arthroscopy, total joint replacements, fusions, and decompressions.

Ensure adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques throughout all surgical procedures.

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Float to affiliated surgery centers as required.

Qualifications

License :

Current and active RN license (State of Colorado or Compact)

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of recent OR circulating experience

Must have experience in orthopedics, spine, ENT, and cosmetic procedures

Certifications (AHA only) :

BLS

ACLS

Required Skills :

OR circulating skills in orthopedic and spine surgery

Familiarity with arthroscopy, fluoroscopy, and microsurgery equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented ambulatory surgery environment

Preferred Skills :

ENT and cosmetic surgery experience

Flexibility to float among surgical centers

Experience assisting in total joints and spine fusions

Education :

Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program
