The Opportunity That Awaits You

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the disposables and accessories portfolio for the HYDROS™ and AquaBeam® Robotic systems. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—driving innovation that enhances surgical experience and patient outcomes.

What Your Role Will Involve

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligning with PROCEPT’s vision.
• Define product roadmaps and scope features based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and incorporate Voice of Customers into product strategy.
• Own the product lifecycle, partnering with Product Marketing for Go‑to‑Market and post‑launch support.
• Develop in‑depth technical and clinical knowledge of Aquablation therapy, urological anatomy, and BPH procedures.
• Conduct user research and field observations to gather feedback.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with engineering, design, and clinical teams.
• Manage multiple product workstreams simultaneously, balancing priorities.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements and design control processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, influencing decision‑making at all levels.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers such as surgeons.
• Support launch and transition plans, marketing assets, training materials, and clinical documentation.
• Participate in conferences, symposiums, and customer engagements to showcase products.
