As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll work closely with internal teams to support Frontier’s telecom clients—handling onboarding, renewals, and service updates with precision and care. The Entry Level Account Manager receives full training in product knowledge, CRM tools, and outreach strategy, setting the stage for long-term growth in account development.

What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Account Manager?

• Jump into managing a portfolio of Frontier business accounts—making sure clients feel supported, services run smoothly, and every detail is handled with care.
• Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew Frontier services by understanding client needs and offering smart, helpful solutions.
• Keep relationships strong by following up with existing Frontier clients—checking in, sharing updates, and making sure they’re loving their service.
• Team up with sales support, technical, and operations crews to keep Frontier’s service delivery seamless, efficient, and campaign-ready.
• Track account performance and share insights with leadership—helping shape smarter strategies and celebrating client wins.
• Help onboard new Frontier business clients by guiding them through setup and making sure their services launch smoothly and confidently.
