NEW Critical Care Float Pool - Registered Nurse (RN) | Direct Hire

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a Critical Care Float Pool, providing high-quality nursing care across multiple critical care and high-acuity units. This role is ideal for adaptable nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy variety while maintaining strong clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  
• Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and psychosocially informed care
  
• Monitor patient status and document care, progress, and outcomes accurately
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals and safe discharges
  
• Utilize appropriate medical terminology and clinical documentation standards
  
• Participate in performance improvement, education, and unit-based initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (multi-state or state-specific)
  
• Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care nursing experience required
  
• Strong PCU experience highly preferred; solid Med-Surg backgrounds considered
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
  
• Ability to adapt quickly across units and patient populations
  

Position Details:

• Direct Hire | Full-Time
  
• Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 3×12s (36 hours/week; variable schedule)
  
• Pay: Starting at $33/hour; higher rates based on experience
  
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment required)
