Location : Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation : $85,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience
A well-established roofing contractor in the DFW area is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their growing team. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on high-profile projects across commercial, institutional, and multifamily sectors.
What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals for commercial roofing projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to ensure accurate bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and field teams to develop competitive pricing.
- Track and manage bid schedules, deadlines, and project documentation.
